Interactive Labyrinth

When looking through the links on The Open Door's website last evening, I stumbled across a website with an interactive Labyrinth to allow viewers to participate in this ancient Christian prayer practice.

When I was at the YS National Youth Workers Convention in Pittsburgh several years ago, I was able to go through the physical version of this labyrinth and greatly enjoyed the experience. I was highly impressed that this online version was just as wonderful (although somewhat different) way to participate in this method of prayer.

The prayer experience takes about 30-40 minutes, so allow the time needed as to not hurry through the different stations. It's well worth the time! Be blessed on the journey.

Ohhhhhh.....I don't have the time to devote at this hour ('stuff' needs done before nite-nite happens!). But I'll definitely go on the adventure! :-)

Changing Seasons and New Call

 Changing seasons and Change of Pastoral Call… For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven Ecclesiastes 3:1  It is with great joy that I share exciting news of a vocational change. On Sunday, September 15th, the members of First Presbyterian Church of Warren, Pennsylvania called me to become their called and installed minister through a formula of agreement between the PCUSA (Presbyterian Church of the USA) and ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America).
